Sales Director
Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage a Sales and Business Development function;
• Manage sales, Business Development and Account Management functions;
• Develop short and long-term sales plans, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives;
• Actively own and drive sales opportunities and manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to closure of contracts, integration & onboarding;
• Drive Account Management and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise client revenue;
• Look and execute on business development opportunities and business partnerships;
• Lead and participate in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc. to drive sales;
• Undertake and drive customer meetings, presentation and visits as required;
• Work with Product, Operations and Marketing Teams to maximise competitive advantages, ensure regulatory readiness and deliver best possible service to our customers;
• Keep up to date with market and industry knowledge.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years sales / business development experience, preferably in gaming / gambling
• An established Live Casino / Slots / Sports client network
• Experience and willingness to build a team up from scratch and actively participate in all stages of the sales process
• Drive and passion to be resourceful and creative in driving sales and business development opportunities
• Great interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships
• Good working knowledge of English
