Payroll & Finance Executive

Malta | Full-time

– Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department 
– Analysing organising and managing supplier invoices 
– Preparing general ledger postings 
– Managing accounts payable 
– Managing accounts receivables 
– Assisting in other adhoc duties within the finance department 
– Manage payroll administration 
– Responsible for the calculation and the issuing of the monthly payroll and payslips 
– Responsible for the monthly FS5 return and the annual FS7 
– Liaise with the HR Department and create good communication between HR and finance 
– Be the point of contact in relation to payroll employment law 
– Be the point of contact to assist with payroll reporting 

– At least Two (2) Years proven work experience in accounting 
– Three (3) + years proven work experience within Payroll 
– Has good knowledge of Employment Law 
– Has good knowledge of Payroll Function 
– Experience using Talexio Payroll Software would be considered an asset 
– Solid written and communication skills in English 
– Holds at least a completed Advanced Diploma in accounting
